How do I return a product?
Our merchandise is produced by Last Best LLC. Last Best LLC is a produce on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns are only accepted for items that have a manufacturing error such as printing issues.
In the even your item has a manufacturing error, please email email@example.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, order number, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Photos of the error will help speed up the return process. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can I return?
We only accept returns that are a direct manufacturing error. Items must be unused and undamaged. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What can't I return?
Since Last Best LLC is a produce on demand business that makes items upon order, we cannot support returns for orders that contain a wrong size, color, or if you simply don't like the product. Custom items cannot be returned.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to Last Best LLC and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the you ordered the wrong size or color, Last Best LLC is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
We cannot accept returns on masks or PPE items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
